The Jack Russell Terrier breed is not for everyone. They are working canines, they are also used for hunting purposes.

  1. A non-refundable deposit of 40% is required upfront.
  2. Cancellation must be made 48 hours prior to the boarding date.

All vaccinations must be up to date,including kennel cough,and must have tick & flea treatment done should it not be the case the animal will receive the treatment and be billed on the owners cost. We will do our best to look after your animal but please note that you are leaving your pet on your own risk and Randvaal Kennels will not be liable for any damages or loss caused to or by your pet.We request that inspection is done at our facility prior to the booking of your animal to avoid any miss communication. We request that own food is to be supplied to us if we use our own dog food the owner will be charged accordingly.You will receive your animal groomed and clean prior to the departure date
  1. All our canines are vaccinated, dewormed, and microchipped.
  2. You will receive a vaccination booklet Registration document and a welcome sample pack .
  3. We breed the Original Jack Russell Terrier and the short leg smooth coat Jack Russell. Please contact us to learn more about our breeds.

  1. A EFT deposit of 40% is necessary to confirm your booking and reserve your selected puppy, which will subsequently be withdrawn from the market. Viewings are permitted only once the puppy reaches 4 weeks of age, and appointments must be arranged in advance with Randvaal Jack Russell Breeders. You are invited to visit our Kennel facilities for a personalized tour and to meet our team.
  2. The outstanding balance must be settled via EFT when the puppy is five weeks of age prior to the collection .
  3. Cash payments are not accepted under any circumstances.
  4. Deposits will be refunded in full only under exceptional circumstances, such as if the puppy is diagnosed with a life-threatening condition like a heart murmur and we are unable to provide a replacement puppy. To process a refund, the customer must provide a veterinarian's and specialist's report confirming the diagnosis. Randvaal Kennels is committed to breeding healthy and beautiful puppies, and we prioritize the well-being of our animals over any sale of unhealthy puppies.In the event that the mentioned issue arises, please understand that it is not intentional on our part. We are more than willing to provide assistance under reasonable terms and with mutual respect between both parties.
  5. Any other reasons will not be considered valid if the new owners fail to take the puppy for a basic health check within 48 hours of collection or do not communicate with us regarding the puppy's health condition. Randvaal Jack Russell Breeders retains the right to decline sales to individuals who are not fit or capable of responsibly caring for a puppy in all aspects.
  6. We recommend reviewing our terms and conditions prior to making a booking with us. If you have any concerns or are dissatisfied with our conditions, please feel free to reach out to us for further discussion
  7. At Randvaal Kennels, we do not offer references unless a valid reason is provided. We invite you to explore the feedback and testimonials from our satisfied clients.
  8. Contracts will be provided upon request only.
  1. Randvaal Kennels are obligated to keep puppies until they reach 9 weeks of age before delivering them via Road transport outside of Gauteng and via domestic flights.As well the second vaccination will be carried out by us and charged to the new owner.
  2. If puppies are traveling via road transport outside of Gauteng they will only leave from 9 weeks of age and the second vaccination will be carried out on the owners cost.
  3. Randvaal kennels are obligated to keep puppies until they reach 10/11 weeks of age before delivering them via international flights.
  4. Owners can collect their puppies from 6/8 weeks of age.
  5. Anytime period longer than 6 weeks will incur an additional charge of R150 per day for kennelling costs, unless arrangements have been made in writing.
  6. The collection date for the litter will be communicated one week in advance, and all parties involved will be informed accordingly. In the event that the provided collection date is not suitable for any reason, we kindly request notification at least 48 hours prior, allowing us to arrange a new and suitable date. Kenneling costs will be charged per extra day
  7. If your balance is not paid upon request you are in Breach and you will loose your deposit payment, booking and puppy will be sold to the next person interested in a puppy, a no refund policy will apply.If the puppy is not collected on time and a new collection time has not been arranged with us in writing your animal will be sold.
  8. Additional deliveries will be charged at R6.84 per k/m.

  2. At Randvaal Kennels, we are committed to ensuring that the process of purchasing a puppy remains as enjoyable and memorable as possible. We understand that bringing home a new puppy is a cherished moment, and we strive to preserve its special nature throughout the experience."
  3. We would like to emphasize that each puppy from Randvaal Kennels is a living being, and as such, we reserve the right to request additional payments toward puppy balances at any time without dispute. Additionally, we may ask for partial or additional payments from clients who have booked puppies from the same litter. Disputes or disagreements regarding additional payments will no longer be accepted, as we provide a valid reason for such requests. The reason for additional payments is due to our practice of deworming and treating parasites in puppies aged 3-4 weeks, which incurs increased medication costs. It is mandatory for each client to contribute towards their puppy's treatment, and this policy is non-negotiable. If a client refuses to contribute, the puppy will not undergo treatment, and we will then reassess whether the client prioritizes the health of their puppy. Subsequently, we will determine if the client is a suitable puppy owner, and if not, the puppy will be revoked from the client immediately."
  4. At Randvaal Kennels, we understand that purchasing a new puppy entails a lifetime commitment. It is expected that the full price of the puppy be budgeted and allocated before joining our waiting list. Excuses such as 'I didn't budget for it' will not be accepted moving forward." "We strive to maintain fair and transparent pricing at Randvaal Kennels. Therefore, we do not entertain bargaining or negotiations on our asking prices. This policy is firm and applies to all transactions conducted at Randvaal Kennels."
  5. "For clients purchasing puppies from us with the intention of breeding, please note that we enforce breeding restrictions on all our puppies. If you plan to breed a puppy purchased from us, a kennel registration must be provided to lift these restrictions. We regret to inform you that we will no longer provide assistance with puppy registrations and sales under any circumstances."
